We also offer coaching method’s for personal development, we see this as key element for developing high levels of performance.

WHO IS RETHA LEWIS?

Myself and my husband Martin bought the business in 2017. The business was very attractive to me due to the fact it had an FSP. Coming out of corporate where I looked after loads of business managers -  training, managing, and being a KI. It was my dream to continue this and also incorporate my experience as a qualified life coach. I truly believe that if you can see the potential in people and open their eyes to that you will have happy staff members. It is a legacy that I want to leave behind to work with people’s potential and get them to flourish. I am very passionate about the world of the fni as a single mom that job empowered me to take care of kids and become financially independent.

 

F&I Solutions was born in 2017 when I was approached by now a very successful and big Renault group. They had dream about a selling fni and the client only dealing with one person. The owners are not from the motor industry and did not know to much about the world of the fni and it has been an amazing journey with them helping them to set up their call center’s and seeing them grow beyond everyone and yes the skeptic’s wildest expectations.

The greatest gift that I will bring to your business is the fact that I can share my experience and knowledge and bring solutions that will help your business grow.

Even typing this summary of who I am it brings to tears to my eyes and warms my heart as I am truly doing what I love -  I don’t even see running this business as job but a calling.

WHO IS ANNIE SMITH?

I started working in the motor trade in 2010 as a Representative for Auto Trader SA thereafter I was headhunted by Mixtelematics for acquisitions and training for Western Cape for all major groups such as AMH and Imperial this gave me a good understanding of how the motor trade functioned. Thereafter I qualified as a Business manager when I moved to Johannesburg where I learned all the compliance requirements within the industry. In moving back to the Western Cape I started my journey alongside Retha to help empower dealerships that do not have their dealer codes, by walking the road with them to get their dealership running at an optimal level. We noticed that there was a growing number of dealerships that does not know how to go about setting up their dealer codes and the proper function of a selling business manager and how that could change their business.
